Do we all have to be in the same photo?

No. Upload clear photos of the loved ones you want in the finished portrait. Separate photos work, including pets.

Will my preview include names or personalized wording?

The watermarked preview shows the people, pets and chosen composition. Optional wording is added to the clean final after purchase.

When do I get my digital portrait?

After payment, the image is prepared at high resolution. When our studio approves it, we email a private download link to the email address on the order. Please check your order page if an email is delayed.

What about a framed canvas?

Choose the framed option on the order form if available. Our studio prepares the print artwork after purchase; physical production and delivery are separate from your digital download.
